Don't know if it's the lowest, but search "NewEnough" on Google. I've bought jackets and helmets from them with nary a problem.

If I remember correctly, I bought my last helmet, a Shoei RX11 from Helmet Harbor because they had the best price. This was a few years ago, however. Google will get you their web site.
BTW, I am not sure that this is the place for this thread (Parts and Accessories, probably). I always thought here was for folks looking to buy stuff from other board members but (1) I might be misinformed and (2) it's the admins issue to deal with so (3) forget I mentioned it except that you will likely get a much better response in the Parts & accessories section because fewer people will be following threads here.

I've bought my last 2 Shoei's from Bob's Cycle Supply on closeout. They were at least $150 off on each.
