I have a very low wear rear Michelin PR 190/50 ZR17 that I intend to install on my 2007 soon.

Any comments?

Run it. It's not like it's a car tire or anything silly like that. :p

It'll be a bit slower turning in with the bigger meat back there, but the difference is small enough to not be a major problem.

Oh no now you done did it and pissed off the darksiders..... I predict this thread is destined an off topic grave.

Run it-it's fine. Slower turn in ? you'ld have to be Rossi to notice.. I use a 190/55 which is slightly taller than a 180/55. A 190/50 is slightly shorter. What I really want to see is a CT on the front...

I actually thought it was quite noticeable.

Dropping the trees on the forks would have helped but as long as

tires last on this bike ( Not ) I didn't think it was worth the trouble.

I'll stick with 180s.

That's not the one in the avatar. i don't think.....

What the hell did you do to her??!?!??!?!?!

And where do you sit when riding 2-up???

Ran a 190/55 for a little while. Only thing I noticed was at a really good lean angle, the tire seemed to roll a little. But I'd be the 1st to say I was looking for the least bit of problems and may not have noticed otherwise. But rode it till the tire wore out and then replaced it with a 180.
