Show and Tell at EOM

It just hit me that EOM happens at that special time of year when everyone starts to contemplate their upcoming heated gear needs. It also occurred to me just how much trouble I had finding vendors that actually had heated gear that I could touch, compare and try on. So I was thinking...

Wouldn't it be great if a bunch of us brought our heated gear/gloves etc. to EOM, even if we really don't need it, and setup a brief Show&Tell for others?

Maybe the same thing with helmets and some other items that are so hard to find the full selection in person???

sounds like a great idea. So are you thinking about doing this inside on a few tables, or outside so people can see the controls and hook ups too? I'd kinda like to see how everyone mounted their controls on the bike.

I'm thinking both, inside and outside. It would be nice to have indoor lighting and comfort, examine the garment carefully, and ask the owner real questions.

Then we could also have a time window with some bikes lined up outside, so that people can see how everything is hooked up.

Great idea. We could set it up for Friday evening, and use the small conference room that we will have for registration (same "hang out" as last year).

It could also encompass comm setups, GPS, etc.
