sidebag liners?

I just got my new to me 2007 FJR. It does not have sidebag liners, and from what I understand, the bike is supposed to come with them new.

Is this true? I have asked the original owner, but have not heard back from him yet.

If he does not have them, does anyone have a set they would sell to me?

You are right....they are supposed to come with the bike. Once in a while you will see someone selling them here. I love mine on trips however I dont use them for normal commuting.

They came with the bike from the dealer, but if you bought from a third party....you'll need to work it out with them.

You can buy some aftermarket bags made by Bestem. Either visit their website or check on flea Bay, as they market their stuff on there. They are a bit cheaper that the OEM ones unless you can find a good deal on some used ones.

Yours were probably sold on ebay by the original owner??... :grin:

I would advise you to get the Yamaha bag liners, I like them better than the aftermarket ones.. Keep an eye on ebay, I've seen two sets well under $100 listed on there in the past month.

have never used the hard cases...tucked away in the garage. so have no need for the liners. actually have two oem sets still in the plastic (one set from dealer and the other by mail from mama yama???). would sell them. probably $70 a set delivered.

but for sure there is cheaper look-alike version on ebay for around $50. many swear the cheaper version?
