Just a short attaboy for SDC--
I put a Backoff WigWag on my '04 and liked it enough to put one on my '06 last August. Unfortunately, the new one stopped working last week.
I called SDC and asked if there was anything I could do beyond checking bulbs, fuses and current to the unit, which I had already done. They said they would send me a new unit the next day, and all I need do is return the defective unit.
New unit arrived today. I'd call that pretty simple and effictive customer service.
