I picked one of these as a Christmas gift.

I'm thinking about how it could work on the FJR.

I would think that it would need a external antenna?

Does anyone have experience with this Receiver?

Can't speak for that model. I run Sirius and put it in the tank bag with the antenna on the FJRGoodies shelf. Works great!

I'm running the Starmate. Sat Radio - Don't leave home without it!

I've got it all self contained in a Cortech Super Mini Magnetic tank bag requiring only a BMW-style power port to connect to the bike. Moves from bike to bike with ease and works perfect on the FJR.

Purchased off ebay for $9 after rebate. Has volume control & headset input on right side...
