It was 88 degrees here yesterday- missed a record high by 1 degree!

Guess sometimes HERE has its advantages over THERE^^^^ :yahoo:

But it makes going to work real hard........

If I didn't have to drive the kids to school tomorrow, I was thinking of riding the KLR to work just to hear the multitude of non-riders warn me about how dangerous and irresponsible I was. Maybe I'll pick it up at lunchtime at least...

Damn, the snow will probably be off the streets by then, melted and on the way to the Pacific.

It's not the snow that gets me, it's the sheet of ice trying to get outta my driveway that has me hessitant!

I have ridden enduros in the snow and been stuck in snow drifts. It's just that as I got older I got smarter than to do that.

I'll be waxing the skis tomorrow.

By the way in the Great White North, when the snow is flying it's farkling season.

DC,

We're supposed to have snow also down to about our 1200' level so riding might be a challenge. I'm thinking with our 225' long driveway that has a 13% grade drop probably snow boards or skiis may be more appropriate. Post up pics of your accumulation and I'll show you mine.

https://weather.aol.com/forecast/todays//usa/arizona/chandler/id/usaz0034;jsessionid=0FF9C171A2C7CDA02C1B264EA932A9F6 We Stanley Boys feel your pain Dr. Rich, we really do! Only going to be 51F degrees and showers here on Sunday, 6/27.

And Seth and I have tickets and bus transportation paid for from Mesa, AZ to Phoenix International Raceway for NASCAR on Sunday. We'll have to go to Cycle Gear and finally buy M/C rain gear!

https://www.nascar.com/races/tracks/pir/index.html This will be Son Seth's (14) very first Nascrap race, I sure hope that it doesn't get rained out; Racing Is Great Father and Son Fun Times!!!

Don, I'm really feeling your pain.

It was 42 degrees and windy last saturday when I rode down to Prosser to leave the bike for valve check and cam tensioner. Today there is 5 Inches of snow on the ground and heading for single digits until Sunday. Guess if I'm gonna get the bike this saturday, It'll be a trailer for the first time. :angry2:

Don't mind the cold much, Don't mind the wet too much, but together, not good for motorcycles.

.......speaking of shovels, who the hell dug up Mike-H?
