I had to buy complete new saddlebags due to the locking mechanism that locks them to the bike failing on one side, and the other was almost failed too. I bought pair of 2013 saddlebags and removed the covers. These are brand new, will come with the rivets and bit bit you need to replace them on your existing cases. All you will have to do is drill to rivets on your existing saddlebags and put these on with the rivets provided.
