SOLD! SOLD! SOLD!
Here is the first of (potentially many of) my 1st Gen Farkles that I have collected over the past 8 years. Need to sell some old goodies to buy some new red ones.
This is the highly desirable Corbin Smuggler, painted 2005 Galaxy Blue. You know what it is... Simply replaces the rear passenger seat (either the stock or aftermarket dual seats) with a convenient lockable storage compartment.
I picked this one up (in its current condition) about 3 years ago after waiting what seemed forever for a used one to come up for sale. I've found it very convenient when out solo riding to stash a few odds and ends, like my camera, when out photo-tagging.
The paint has two chips in the forward surface that were there when I bought it. You should be able to see them pretty well in the rearward shot. There is also a wear mark on the top of the rearmost section where it passes under the luggage rack. You can't see that when the smuggler is mounted.
You could either touch up the little chips, or repaint it the color of your choice (Cerulean blue or Liquid silver anyone?) and still be way ahead. Comes with only one key (cause that is all I got) but I don't think it would be hard to get another made.
Not sure what that reflection is, it is not a flaw in the paint.
Below is the shot that you can see the paint chips in. I'd think that you could fill those pretty easily with a Colorite pen. I never did because, quite honestly, they never bothered me.
And here is the spotless interior
Many people would love to have one of these things but the $850 price tag from Corbin usually turns them off. It did with me!
So, how about 1/2 price at $425 and I will pick up the shipping (CONUS only). And for local pickup I'll knock off $25 for the no shipping.
