Carbon FX seating inserts / black welt.
Very good condition - very minor flaws to texture of seat can be seen in a one inch square area, only if you look carefully with the right light at the right angle; the material has not been perforated whatsoever and this is a very minor aesthetic issue (the area is on the front seat - two inches back from the tank, this cannot be seen in the photographs). Image #3 shows a darker spot on right rear of passenger seat - this is a shadow / reflection on the photo only.
Asking $320.00 shipped with insurance to lower 48 states (seat belongs to my buddy and will ship from Palm Springs)
