SOLD SOLD SOLD!!

You see, I am an idiot.

In my haste to order new front pads for my '04, I screwed up and ordered 2 sets of REAR Yamaha brake pads. And to think I couldn't figure out why they would not fit...

Anyway, I'm going to keep one set (they'll wear out eventually) and sell the other.

So, up for sale is one set (there are 2 pads in the package) of Yamaha rear brake pads (Yamaha part number 5JW-W0046-00-00) for a GenI (that'd be 2003 - 2005 for you nOObs) FJR. New in package, never opened, never used ... you get the idear.

$20 shipped CONUS via USPS. PayPal gift thingamabob works for me. Or cash and a beer if you're local (or relatively close - could be an excuse for a ride).

If they do not sell before Tech Day IV (or Tech Day 4, for those of you who can't grasp Roman numerals) on May 5, 2012, they're going with me for a dork ... uh, I mean, door prize.

Pretty pictures.

Moral of the story: multi-tasking is a bunch of BS.

Pads arrived today. I'll keep em safe and warm until I need them.
If you are like me that won't be for quite a while. I got 140,000 on my first set. I too have a set on-hand but am wondering if I will ever need them?

I did over 20K miles last year, but with only 30K on the bike you're right. Checked the pad wear and I would guess I'm still better than 50%...but we all know you don't stop for nothin'
