Soltek - Cornering Lens

I'm looking for real world experience with the cornering lens. Thinking of running one driving and one cornering light.

1. Is the light actually useful as a cornering light?

2. Can it be adjusted so that it could be run as a low beam light and not blind oncoming vehicles?

1. My non-cornering Solteks' glow does fine for cornering. No worries going over Sonora Pass in the dark. They lit up deer that were pretty far off the road.

2. I did that with mine during fog season. Just aimed 'em way down and didn't get flashed by oncoming cars. The cornering lens could probably excel in this aspect.

It's only a lens, so you could change back if you invest in one and don't like it, then sell it....
