My son just bought his first motorcycle, (Kawi ZX6E) and the previous owner had put some stickers on the fairing that we'd like to remove.

Does anyone know a good way to get those off without damaging the plastic?

Without seeing.....

Get a hair dryer on it to loosen the stickies.

Once the stickers are off, WD-40 and elbow grease will get the goo.

Then wash off the WD-40.

i used goo-gone after pealing off the sticker to remove the residue of adhesive left behind

yep, hair dryer and goo gone is my recipe for sticker removal (and various other things). If you don't have goo gone, believe it or not, mayo is about as good as goo gone...maybe just 2 extra wipes.

Thanks...I will try that stuff on my next Patty melt. <_< .

Actually its great stuff. A hair dryer and GooGone is exactly the recipe that I would go with. BTW there is a "knockoff" product called Goofoff. It sux...get the real deal.

Notice I did not use a "+1" Nor did I quote endlessly. I am such a good little poster.

Scuse me while i go barf. :D
