Last year I added a Helmet Guardian and a Run-N-light unit to my license plate frame. The HG came with security bolts and matching hex key. I had to attach the light unit with regular lic plate bolts. Since the lights were more expensive than the HG, I began looking everywhere for similar security bolts for them.
I found a set of two on a card at a True Value store for $1.79 incl the hex key. #93368 "license plate fasteners" by Custom Accessories, Inc, Niles IL 60714. The store's price ticket has the SKU#249-935, but since the store is not computerized, that may not be the correct True Value SKU.
These bolts appear to be stainless steel and are the type with an Allen head with the security pin so a regular hex key can't be used. Stainless locknuts are included.
