Started in Colorado Springs, took CO 115 down to US 50 and into Cañon City. Hooked up with CO 9 west of there and took it up all the way to Hartsel, CO; and finally brought it home on US 24 (Google Route). Took us about four hours with a couple of stops, including the time it took us to get out of, and back into town. It was a beautiful day, maybe just a smidge chilly up at the higher elevations, but gorgeous snow-capped mountain views :)

Oh, and there were cops out EVERYWHERE. I didn't keep track, but we must've seen at least 8 or so patrol cars (mostly state cops) looking for speeders.

Forgot to take the regular camera, but I had my super high quality cell phone camera with me /sarcasm

Thanks for the report. I am still waiting up here in Grand County for the weather to get better and for a new stator to come in. Hopefully it will not be to much longer.

Yeah I bet CO State Trooper Fenwick is still patrolling those parts. :clapping:

I got to meet him back in '08. A few from the midwest over-the-hill gang were with me as well. I hate those cell-phone call-ins. ;)

"Oooooh, officer he passing me....!!!"

:D
