spark plug specs

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone could give me the spark plug specs for my '05. Can't seem to locate the manual and I'd like to run over and pick up some Iridium plugs. (At the Honda dealer).

had my Iridium plugs in for +30k miles and when I took them out they looked almost new.
