Although unsprung weight would increase, it would be nice to not have to put down the feet. Maybe a ring inside the tire to be discrete. It would make it harder to turn though.

Well, purely for aesthetic purposes, I don't like them. Not on cars or any thing else. Regarding some sort of gyro device to help keep the bik upright when stopped, maybe something could be built that would spin only when stopped or moving very slowly, but anything adding weight to the perimeter of the wheels would be very bad for turning in the twisties.

 
WTF?!? A thread titled "Spinners" on a motorcycle website and it's about gaudy spinning low rider wheels?!? :angry:

Can we get a little class in this place and at least talk about petite, slim, hot and horny women when a title like that is posted? :rolleyes: :man_in_love:
