I would like the new Instint phone but I have little repate from Sprint....it would set me back about $350.00.

Anyone know of the next best thing to the Instint in the Sprint line up? I have a cheapy phone from Sprint right now but I have the unlimited Everything plan and want to use my internet more with the phone.

Thanks,

Jeff

I just replaced my 6700 with the 6900. I like it a lot. I did not need the keyboard and the size (or lack there of) is great. I have verizon, but the models are the same. The 6900 is called the Touch in the sprint network. Sprint does not detune their phones like verizon does so the touck will have more features than the 6900 does and there are som good hacks available. 200.00 +taxes.

The Mogul isn't a bad phone. I had one with my former company and it was pretty nice. Runs Windows Mobile 6 and has full qwerty keyboard.

I have the Mogul too. It's excellent for internet access, email, texting and PDA functions. I got it to replace my PDA and mobile phone with one device. It does a great job and I'm very happy with it, especially since the recent software upgrade has doubled battery life. The Sprint data network is very fast, the best I think, it's so fast that Wi-Fi is of no benefit if you have Sprint network connection. And the Mogul's big screen is excellent for the internet, also the best.

Sprint's voice network is OK, not as good as Verizon (my wife and kids have Verizon).

The only netative I have with the Mogul is weak bluetooth connection. People I call complaing I am hard to hear, no such problem when I am on Verizon with the same bluetooth devices.

I have the Palm Centro and it is the best Palm phone I've had by far. I've had the Samsung i-500, Treo 600, Treo 650, and now the Centro. All of the previous Treos had a litany of problems. The Centro has been solid. Very fast internet too. I use it to connect my laptop using PDAnet. Fantastic phone.

Have you guys heard of the Sprint Sero (Sprint Employee Referral Offers) plans? Can't remember where I saw them mentioned, but do a google search for sprint sero, then enter the specific email address to see the plans.

I called a "retention specialist" after reading about these great plans and was like "come on, have been with you guys for like 10 years!, etc etc". They just switched me over, same phone same number, no probs.

Mine is an samsung sph-m510, certainly nothing more then a mid level phone, but does have alot of features. The bluetooth works great, especially with a plantronics voyager 520. First had that little samsung thing the size of a quarter... absolutely worthless - owning one of those is like walking up to a stranger and handing them 50 bucks and then say "please kick me in the *** too when I turn around" -- total piece of crap.

Now that I have one of the sero plans I may be looking at the phones you guys have mentioned...

I just moved up to the Palm Treo 755 a couple months ago, looks like they've worked out most of the bugs in the Palm line-up with the 755 and the Centro.

I'm on the Sprint Sero plan.

$30 a month, no limit on data and text.

Voice has free weekends and nights (7pm) and 500 prime time nationwide.

Sweet deal, was costing me over $90 a month on Verizon for the same thing

Mogul user here. Does absolutely everything, and with the 6.1 update that just came out, it is running fast and bug-free.
