Spyder in Hollywood

I was watching the new episode of Burn Notice on USA tonight and during one of the commercial breaks, they did a little "behind the scenes" thing about the stunts and the cars they use (Seems like a Hyundai commercial even in the episodes these days). In one of the shots, I saw what I am fairly certain was a Spyder turned into a camera platform. Looked like they built a frame and seat over the back and stuck a camera mount and operator on it.
