Today on my daily commute on the FJR I was coming home and saw this guy on a sportbike getting on the freeeway ahead. I really took notice of him because he was at least going 100 at the end of the on ramp, then began darting through cars. Within a couple of seconds a car he swerved around tried to avoid him and started fish-tailing. I'm two cars back and stat to slow while checking my mirrors, so I don't get rear ended. Then he completely looses it and hits another car who begins to spin and causes a big rig to swerve but ends up running over a car with his trailer. I slow throught the scene and see the guy moving around who was run over by the trailer. My 2nd thought is I have to get the squids plate number. By now he's at least a mile ahead. So I roll in pusuit and catch up to him get the plate. He keeps turning back and tried to swerve off the freeway at the next off ramp, but I got it anyways.

Earlier in life I never saw nothing, heard nothing, and said nothing. My past life has been over for 10 years and now I have the family, house, yadda-yadda-yadda. The thing is something inside of me feels guilty for calling on him, but I know it was the right thing to do. Sort of got mixed feelings on the whole thing. I'm just glad I wasn't taken out by the F*ck-Wad.

:clapping:

If he caused the accident, you did the right thing!

Hopefully someone else also called him in too. It's hard to out run the radio, and it's likely that the trucker radio'd ahead to get the plate number of Evil Knievel.

Very well done. Nicely played & good karma coming your way. You'ld want somebody to do that for you should some asshat ruin your day. Sleep comfortably tonight knowing that you did good for some poor bastards who would be out in the cold, but for you. All people ever see is twits like this that cause chaos and they tar us all with the same brush. You disproved that today. Thanks.

John.

Glad you got the asshole. But I can hardly wait for the anti-motorcycle rant that shit hole has probably now fueled on local and even national news. I hope they get the part about the other motorcyclist who made the effort to get his plate number.

He probably doesn't have te insurance to cover all the carnage he caused....BUT hopefully they will arrest him for causing the event and no one else will be blamed because of his wreckless driving.

To think that the dickhead now also has to be ridiculed by all his friends for being caught by an old guy on a "bagger".....Great job.

Bet he was surprized to see a bagger catch him!

I love it when the good guys prevail. :yahoo:

BTW - I hope the ending makes the news. Good PR

Maybe you should help it along. ;)

+1 --> "You did right, it might have been your family in one of those cars. "

I'll report their squidly ass every single time I see them doing it - and people in cages also.

Who knows, they may have outstanding warrants and this is the thing that causes them to get caught.

Maybe an LEO wants to chime in on this one, but if he didn't hit anyone, he's probably not going to be at fault.

Someone pulled out right in front of me while driving in my car. I swerved hard and missed her, but lost control of the car, and went hit a curb.

When I called the police, they said it wasn't her fault because no collission occurred.....

Had I slammed into her car, which had 5 kids in it, without seat-belts, it woud have been her fault.....
