I cannot imagine doing that ride. I have a 150cc Vespa twist-n-go scooter (OK, it belongs to the spouse...), and it is scary above 40MPH. It'll go 55, or maybe 60MPH on a good day, but I don't want to be on it when it does. Ten inch wheels and a short wheelbase make for an exciting ride.
All I can say is that is unfreakin' believable! I've always felt like it's kinda cheating to do an SS1000 on an FJR. But on a 150cc scoot is nearly impossible given the top speed limitations, fuel range and thus the number of refueling stops necessary etc... That's just an increadible feat!
