Starcom PTT

I have searched.........................to no avail. I am making my own PTT for my Starcom advanced. I need the diagram which shows which two pins are for the switch, and which two have the 1K ohm resistor. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I should have stated that I have this

Pins 1 & 2 - N.O. Push-button switch

Pins 3 & 4 - 1k ohm resistor ***EDIT-New resistor value based on Fred_W research.

I just need to know which pins are what?
