Never realized just how nasty "factory" castings were. Seams and edges are gone now. Contemplating lead filling the tank seam..But then wouldn't that be Hardley esque?

An Greg? yer pretty close on the color. As far as the edges I just wanted to round em off. The tank seam has always bugged me on Japanese bikes.

I'm really looking forward to this Bust. Having seen firsthand your creativity and skill, no doubt this is gonna make some of us pissed off we can't do the same. Speaking for myself of course.

But what I can't figure out is why didn't you wait until it got really cold out before ending your riding season. Heck it's only barely getting below 20 deg.s
