If you call their 800 number, Steve will answer the phone. He's a very fast talker and gives the impression he has 20 people waiting to buy from him, so please hurry up. Problem is, he doesn't know his parts. He will quickly tell you he has the part, sell it to you, ship it (if you're lucky), and it will be the wrong part. If it's a Yamaha part, he figures he's done his due diligence. His response to this....store credit only - we'll find you the right part eventually. Interesting business model. I sent him the part number I needed, the model and year bikes that used that part, and a picture of it. He told me he had the part and shipped one from a completely different model bike. It was a damaged part, too. I never got satisfaction. Do a search on these guys and you'll hear similar stories.
