I'm assuming that the Yamaha Marine Dealers have access to the Yamaha parts network that would include motorcycles.

How are their prices compared to the Parts thread in the FAQ section?

Thanks for the link

I clicked on the link then edited the address line from 2005 to 2007 and got a parts list for that model yr.

I bought lamps for my instrument cluster from a boat place on line. Same Yamaha part number as the motorcycle places.

I just used this company for my Yamaha outboard. The web site is excellant and they discount all the parts. I could not match their prices locally. Everything arrived quickly and all were manufactures parts.

I would not hesitate to use them for my FJR. B)

They don't sell oil filiters?
They do: This is the part list (mostly maintenance) that I ordered. It seems like the low priced stuff is competitive pricewise. The expensive parts no.

Yamaha GASKET: 6 at $0.84 = $5.04 (These are crush washers)

Yamaha ELEMENT ASSY, OIL CL: 2 at $9.00 = $18.00 (The oil filter)

Yamaha ELEMENT, AIR CLEANER: 1 at $22.15 = $22.15 (Air filter)

Yamaha COVER 2: 2 at $2.42 = $4.84 (Little rubber bands that protect the fuel connections under the tank)

Shipping was 6.9 no sale tax. They promise to refund sales tax even in Florida.

Thanks. One would would find this a handy barometer: 5VS-Y283J-40-P1 BODY, FRONT LOWER 1 $433.07

That puts em in the middle right now.
