1986... First GSXR750 out the dealerships door, sitting in the parking lot, with my plate on it, and my helmet hanging on the mirror, my jacket draped over the solo cowl. Guy gets out of his car, walks up, brushes my jacket off, sets my helmet on the ground, jumps on the bike, kicks the stand up and starts tipping it side to side ... I am standing in the doorway talking to the salesman (friend) with my back to the bike. The salesman pushes past me, and sprints to my bike. The guy sees him coming and mutters "yeah, this is what I want..." as the salesman grabs the bike with one hand and shoves him off my bike with the other. By now, me and my 2 riding buddies are right there, and the salesperson is giving this guy the riot act about not touching other peoples bikes. The guy's girlfriend is screaming that he "had no right to touch her boyfriend" and the guy is yelling "it's only a bike"... At which time my crazy buddy, says "is this your car?", unzips and starts pissing in the side window . Everyone stands there stunned ... He finishes up, zips up, and says "what? It's only a ******* car"... ... We saddle up and ride off... I'll bet that guy NEVER sat on another persons bike without permission.

I've asked for an *****'s girlfriend's phone number (of course after he was off of my bike)---- told him I was thinking of getting a new girlfriend and wanted to try her out. He didn't like it and came after me (luckily I have friend's that do stuff like that.)

I borrowed these from Cycleforums, thought they were great. JB :D

Sounds good. Never touch another person's stuff without asking.

Some people are just plain ignorant.

I went on my bike a few years ago to help a new co-worker move, a bunch of us from the office went. The next day one of the girls sent out pictures of the event and a few of them were of her sitting on my bike and her husband was taking the pictures. In the pictures I could see where she was putting her hands all over the tank, finger prints :angry2:

I sent her an email explaining to her that it was not polite to sit on peoples bikes without asking. I asked her if she had a car and left the doors unlocked would she like it if people just jumped in and started playing with all the stuff?

She appologized.
