Street Pilot III questions

Anyone still use or remember how??? I want to use Garmin Mapsource software to make a route and upload to memory chip/Device. I did it once. Computer said it uploaded to chip and when I put it in GPS I can't find it. Or do I have to tell my wife I need a new Zumo to fix this problem?

New Zumo i had Street 111 then went to 2610 then 2720 the Zumo is the best I had yet.
