A couple years back I got pulled over 3 times by the same cop for my sidemount on my tricked out Honda, well the cop wasn't letting me off with a warning the last time and had walked back to his cruiser to write me up.
Along comes two buddies on their crotch crickets, see me and start pointing and laughing. So I'm sitting there thinking about the ribbing I'm gonna get later from them, when, I hear the bikes coming back down the street and then gearing down. Then I see and hear them, side by side 70mph wheelies right past the us. Dave even blew his horn to make sure the cop saw...
The fine officer jumped out of his cruiser and was fumbling for his transmitter. Me, I'm laughing my ass off. Cop comes back over to me and I go "...and your gonna write me up for side mounted plate?!"
He yells at me and tells me to fix the f'n thing! and takes off.
Ya, it cost me a couple of beers, but it was fo' sho' worth it!

Thanks bud. Its for sale at the moment. In fact, a guy was supposed to travel this weekend from Southern Ontario to pick it up. Weather is ******, so maybe next weekend. All I know is somebody better buy it and soon! I've got an FJR to pay for!
