Anybody know of a sustitute 02 sensor for an 05 fjr? The Yamaha is priced at $285, made by Denso, comes with the 2 wire harness.

thanks, Jim

Can you read a Denso P/N off the old sensor itself? If so, I'll bet it's just an automobile 2 wire 02 sensor and can be cross referenced to a Bosh part or a Denso part bought elsewhere.

The cheapest Denso A/F sensor I bought was off Amazon after getting the correct P/N.

Dropping the P/N into Google can yield lots of choices.

I'm not sure the replacement does work correctly, there is a lean surge when the engine isn't under much load, like 30mph in second gear. But the problem of running too rich hasn't been fixed yet, when that's done I'll let you know the part # if everything works.
