SUPER BRACE

They posted up in the vendor section and I thought it was a good deal so I order a black super brace for my FJR.

Did the online thing. Goofed up and didn't get the free shipping order. That's me not understanding the process at the time.

Got a e mail with a tracking number but it didn't say it was shipped. I watched the US postal service link for a while and it didn't say it was shipping.

Then I got my crdit card bill and I was charged for the brace. Still no brace in hand. US postal service still did not say it was shipped.

Sent off a email to Superbrace.... reply back... What colour did I order.... Black

They send me a new US postal service link and I watched it... After a few days it showed that my product was on route.

I have my super brace.

I don't know what happened on their end but with a friendly question , they came through.

Good and easy to deal with.

My experience with superbrace was also great. They were more than helpful, and even gave me credit for my old superbrace that was never sent back during the ABS recall.
