SW WI riding TOMMORROW!! w?Wheaton

Hey,

It looks like an all day ride will be happening tommorrow for me up in WI.

I will probably take I90 north to the WI state line and head west/nwest to Dodgeville on 81w/Jn/39w/191w. I hope to get up to Dodgeville by -EDIT-10:30AM-

If anyone from IL or WI is interested in a long all day ride winding back and forth in SW WI meet me in Dodgeville at -EDIT-10:45am at the Hardees (WI 23 & US 18). PM me your intent tonight by 10PM.

I will be using county roads and 3-digit WI routes most of the day, then using the superslab back to Wheaton early evening getting back late...

I'll be having fun solo or otherwise. Should be a good day...

Well I had a good day riding yesterday, however unforunately the rains came and got the pavement wet shortly after I got north of the Wisconsin river .

So all the nice twisty roads I was not able to have too much fun on. It started pouring south of La Crosse as I was about to ride 162 so I was really bummed. I turned tail in the rain at US 14 and headed home - south and east. I stopped in Richland Center for a wakeup break and the storm clouds proceeded w/out me. I headed south toward Dodgeville to let the storm get further ahead of me and ride some 2 laners with a somewhat dry pavement...

Read WI motorcycling if you want to know what roads to ride at CFO...however I'll give you a hint...WI 162, 171, 179, cntyP, WI 82, 33...

ALSO,

Anyone from this board riding yesterday on eastbound US14 east of Readstown? I was westbound on a silver '04 (leather jacket and maroon helmet) from Boaz to WI 82... First I saw a blue FJR solo rider, then 5 minutes later I saw a blue FJR 2-up.

Any cheeselanders gonna fess up?
