[SIZE=12pt]I am almost done with all of the preperations for this event. The name tags are printed, the dinner is planned, the rides are set, just have to wait out the calendar now.[/SIZE]
As of 9-14 there are 26 riders/passengers and one dog coming to this event. When all of this first started I was hoping that we had at least 10 show up.

I will be hanging around the lobby to greet all of the riders attending.
Lunch-On your own.
Dinner-On your own.
Unofficial gathering for drinks after dinner at the Courtyard Cantina.
There is a restaurant at the Marriott or you can head to one of the places in town for lunch and dinner.

Saturday Sept 26th
Ride led by beemerdons
6:00-7:00am Courtyard Breakfast
7:00am (sharp) Ride to Zion National Park via Kanab, UT, lunch in Springdale, to Cedar City and the Cedar Breaks National Monument Road, Mount Carmel Junction and back to page. Estimated miles: 350.
7:00pm: SWFOG Banquet at the Courtyard
Sunday Sept 27th
Breakfast and farewell
It has been posted in another section that you should bring rain gear. I say it's a good idea but more than likely we will have decent weather.
While we do not have a large number of door prizes we have a few pretty good items to give away like a Fuzeblock donated by the manufacterer, gift certificates from newenough.com as well as an FJR flask donated by me and a few other items. Gregory has put together a raffle for a SWFOG 2009 plaque made by Bustanut Joker. The proceeds will benefit N2OSX, a forum member who is recovering from a crash.
I look forward to meeting with and riding with all of you.
