T-Bag ? (remember its not friday)

Thinking of going from Yamaha trunk to a passenger backrest with a Kuryakyn t-bag mounted on the trunk mount plate.

Anyone using this setup ?

Any wind turbulence issues ?

I already have a very nice t-bag that holds a lot more than the trunk.

I'm assuming that you'll be riding 2-up? I'm a solo rider so I use the trunk with a Nelson Rigg bag bungied to the rear seat.

yes the t-bag will be for 2up only........

I have tried to add a picture of our system but....won't let me.

We use a gears saddle bag that has great volume and very low profile. I can put our tent/sleeping bags and therma rests in it with lots of room in the side pockets for other stuff. It has very little effect on the ride and leaves a nice flat surface for short term stuff like groceries for the evening or putting a jacket on there .

I have a T-Bag (Universal, I think) from my HD days that has many miles on it and has had some of those put on while ssecured to the back seat of my FJR. It's a good piece of gear. Depending on the model you have, it should sit on the tail rack and strap to the backrest and grab handles ok.
