Tail rack for mounting duffle bag

Looking for the tail rack which is flat and good for securing a duffle bag. I thought it was made by SW Motech but it is not shown on their web site. If anyone has this rack for sale or knows the mfg that info would be appreciated.

The above system is what I use, kinda pricey, but it works well!!

Art, I use the same setup [bought it used on this forum, as the fellow posted first but Garauld (Gary), forum member, will build and powder-coat a rack to your spec and color.
