Don't think so. Looks like magnets and/or straps.

SW-Motech makes a tank ring (model 110 for FJR) that bag with special plate snaps to.

You could buy the tank ring and see if they will sell you just the bag plate.

Buy cheap plastic cutting board and cut it to size to fit inside your bag.

Drill holes to attach bag plate and mount it just like you would using SW-Motech bag.

As the 'Russian points out, SWMotech has the type of adapters you're looking for. I use this one from Twisted Throttle for older style BagsConnection tank bags. Replacement is the EVO version, you'd need both halves to make it work.
