tech day near Indiana?

I didn't have any luck finding a tech day on the forum around Indiana. Any chance someone will host said event? I was hoping to meet with other FJR owners around here and to do a front fork seal job on my bike. Unless it's recommended to go to a stealership for that work.

Typically, you'll see the tech day threads pop up in the spring time or perhaps later in the fall. If you have the space, you could always call one yourself...people would likely come.

Be sure to check out the annual social/ride gatherings like EOM, CFO, SFO, etc. as we're closing in on some of them in the next month or so. Welcome aboard by the way!

well My spinal surgery is set for the middle of September so I'm pretty much fuked for travel for 3 or 4 weeks.

I would be happy to host one for folks willing to travel to southwest Indiana.

I have a shop with bike (table) lift, and a No Mar tire changer and most tools needed.

I do not have experience in major tear downs or even fork work but if anyone else does and will join in then we can make it happen if there is enough interest.

Once a date it locked down then we will give directions and such.

September? Saturday dates: 5, 12, 19, 26. Doesn't matter to me at this point. I may take my forks to a shop afterall, and just do some maintenance items and chat. Scooper, Any roads that are highly recommended for those traveling from the north?

September 26th works if it does for any others.

Let's get a vote out for a Saturday in September but the 12th is a no as it is too close to my anniversary.

From Logansport to Washington I would get south of Indy and take S.R.37 to Bloomington and take S.R.45 south or better yet take S.R.37 south to Bedford and take S.R.450 south to S.R.50 then West to Washington.
