OH NO! That is definitely a Jackson Pollock genre! If you look REAL close you can see "Warchild" spelled out in the splatters.....

You beat me to it...this looks just like all the Pollock paintings I've ever seen. Looks like he was cleaning his brushes.

Having spent years of my life in LA not California LA, Lower Alabama LA looks like you need to take a road trip to the deep south to find some real bugs. :yahoo:

Just going on hearsay here but the the last thing a bug sees when hitting your FJR at speed is his anus.... . Good stuff WC. PM. <>< :D

It was so hot in Texas this year, I think it killed a lot of the bugs. I went on a 320 mile day ride last weekend and didn't get near the bug splats Warchild did. Are those 80mph bugs?

What did you use to clean the bike up afterwards? I collected a few this last weekend riding around Mt. Rainier, nothing like your accumulation though. A couple of them resisted a 45 minute soak under a wet double layer microfiber towel so I ended up using Armor All Glass cleaner.

soak a big towel in hot water and just lie it on the bike and walk away, have a beer and if it doesnt work shrug your shoulders and have another beer. Eventually you will get to like the looks of them or they will eventually dry up and fall off.

A couple of years ago I had a 5 minute job to do in Fort Myers from West Palm Beach. Coast to Coast, Straight Line on SR80.

Didn't notice it was Love Bug Season when I took off. When I got Home I couldn't See Through the Windshield. NOT KIDDING!!

There was a 1/4 inch Thick layer of Dead Bugs. Took me FOREVER to get them Off. I Started right away. Didn't want any Paint Stains. No Stains But, IT SUCKED!!

It Ruined a Cortech Black Denim Riding Jacket. I never got all the Bugs off of it after 3 Dry Cleanings. I Tossed it! That SUCKED Too! :bye2:
