I would like to meet the group in Colville if I can get the sun, moon, and stars to align on Saturday, is there anyone that would like/be willing to share a room that evening in Grand Coulee?
Hey Steve - so far everyone is shacked up with someone unless there are folks that have joined that I am not yet aware of...Panman might know. Dzane maybe? Jamesw? JuniorFJR?I would like to meet the group in Colville if I can get the sun, moon, and stars to align on Saturday, is there anyone that would like/be willing to share a room that evening in Grand Coulee?

I am awaiting word on a place to stay over in Kettle Falls. If that doesn't work out I'll share a room somewhere over there. I'll know later today. UPDATE: I just found out. I will be hanging back and spending the night in Kettle Falls after the rally. Sorry MCRIDER007, I hope you can locate someone to shack up with.Yep...looks like 2 is company and 3 is a crowd...I already talked to Kevin and George...any one else making the trip?Hey Steve - so far everyone is shacked up with someone unless there are folks that have joined that I am not yet aware of...Panman might know. Thanks for thinking of me, but after looking at the travel times, its only an hour longer to ride home vs going to Grand Coulee, so that is what I am going to do if I can make the event.I am awaiting word on a place to stay over in Kettle Falls. DEAL! :clapping:Don, I appreciate the offer but I am keeping this bad boy locked down now just to make it easier on everyone. I will make sure a 20 makes it with your name on it and you can buy me a beer the next time we are riding together somewhere.I can't make it but I have a 20 spot if you link the donation site here...
To my best research as you are going east on 20 thru colville (also E third ave) you turn rt. on Silke rd and it is by the HS.Thanks for thinking of me, but after looking at the travel times, its only an hour longer to ride home vs going to Grand Coulee, so that is what I am going to do if I can make the event.I am awaiting word on a place to stay over in Kettle Falls. Can anyone tell me where Vaggen Field is?
Thanks, if it is by the HS then I can find it.To my best research as you are going east on 20 thru colville (also E third ave) you turn rt. on Silke rd and it is by the HS.Can anyone tell me where Vaggen Field is?
Thanks, the 3 ball fields are easy to see on a satellite map, they are on the east side of N. Silke Rd and just north of the airport terminal. Can you give me directions on how to get to Colville?Vaggen Field (apparently pronounced voggen)can be found:
From the North you come in on 20/395. From the South you come in on 395. Either way you are going to follow 20 to the East, the turn is in the center of town.
Take 395 to highway 20, and turn East on highway 20 in town. Take highway 20 to Silke Rd (might be N. Silke Rd) and turn right, it switches back pretty sharply. If you went to the airport, you went to far. Follow Silke road for about 1/2 mile and turn into the ball fields on the left.
Come across Chinook Pass from East to West. Turn North in Enumclaw on hwy 169 and follow it to hwy 18. Take 18 E to 190, then take that to the back-road that runs from Preston up to Monroe. Swing over to I5 and slab it up to Hwy 20, turn East. Follow that 293 until you hit Colville. Use a spirited pace. Thanks, the 3 ball fields are easy to see on a satellite map, they are on the east side of N. Silke Rd and just north of the airport terminal. Thanks again, if I leave at 10:00 (tonight) and use a spirited pace, do you think I will be in Colville in time for the potluck?Come across Chinook Pass from East to West.
