So I'm sitting in the company car in the center lane waiting for the light to change and a kid on a Gixxer splits lanes and is on my left. Along comes a older guy on a Connie splitting lanes , ends up on the other side of me. The older guy looks at the kid give him the hello head bob, the kid replies with the same, then revs his bike , the Connie does the same, the race is on... and I've got the front row seat!
Light changes and the kid leans forward and rockets away, the old guy dumps the clutch too much, the Connie almost stands vertical, he chops off the throttle... down he comes, then whacks it again. This time he must have hit a slick spot in the road as the bike steps out to the right, almost a high side before he recovers, then slowly putts away!!
I think he needed a change of underwear after that one!!
