Just looking over the menu options for our meals Friday and Saturday...and my mouth is seriously watering. :dribble:

Tentatively menu for WFO-9:

Friday Night - BBQ'ish Night

Grilled Chicken with Barbeque Sauce

Portobello mushroom ravioli with fresh basil marinara

Mustard crusted pork loin on apple and hazelnut dressing

Wild greens

Scalloped potatoes

Freshly steamed vegetables

Onion rings

Fresh seasonal sliced fruit

Artisan breads and butter

Chef’s assorted dessert display

Saturday Night - WFO Bounty

Char grilled King Salmon filet basted with basil-garlic butter

Sliced Prime Roast on Pinot Noir forest mushroom sauce (working on upgrading this to a more righteous slab of beef)

Sautéed Marsala chicken

Mashed Yukon garlic gold potatoes

Medley of Northwest vegetable saute’

Spinach salad with sun dried cranberries, grilled pear and bleu cheese vinaigrette

Crisp cabbage slaw with cusabi dressing

Fresh seasonal fruit with raspberry yogurt sauce

Artisan breads and butter

Chef’s assorted dessert display

I think I will start fasting now so there will be plenty of room. Looks like a superb menu. Iggy knows how it's done. He even does a good job if you are at his house.

Matt what about the wine list?
Don't know exactly, but I would imagine being not too far from some of the best wine in the world...they've probably got some non screw-cap stuff. :)

Seriously, it sounds like a great spread. I've gone to two of these and never stayed for the second dinner. I'm looking forward to it.

Dave, good to hear from ya - and keep gettin' better. All of us old fogies need to see you at breakfast at the Samoa Cookhouse.
