Happy Birthday Axe! I was going to get you that Alps Extreme trip for your birthday - too bad your niece booked her wedding for that week. But, like you said, the Alps ain't going anywhere soon. And next time you see your niece, you can thank her for reminding her father that your birthday is today!!

Happy Birthday, Chris.

Do you get the powder blue jumpsuit and white shoes with the Goldwing? Or do you have to get them separate? :p

Happy Birthday Chris! If I was on that side of the country, I'd buy you a beer!
Geez, what a tightwad. I'll buy you a beer, Chris, and I'm farther away from you than Zilla is. 'Course, you'll have to come here to get it. Have a very good one.

Some of you folks know Chris just through the forum. But those of us who know him personally are the lucky ones. When you look up :great guy" in Websters dictionary, it's The Axeman's picture you see.

Happy , happy Birthday, Chris.

And here's to many more...

PS - How cool is it to have fam on the forum hoisting the (first) toast?

PPS - Hi Martin and congrats on ridding yourself of a daughter! (I never knew your forum name before)

Hey Chris-Here’s wishing you a GREAT day for a very special person. I consider myself lucky to have finally had the opportunity to meet you and share a few minutes. God bless and keep you.

George "BullCBX" Newman

Another Happy Birthday from Helen and I!!!! I understand now, it's this old age thing that put a GoldWing in your garage. When Chris gets ready to take his GoldWing to the Dark Side he has the tire selected.

Hey Fred, thanks! Yeah, I like flying under the radar (forum name is a reference to Shakespeare and/or either one of my Rat Terrier pups). But the yellow bags in my avatar pic shoulda been a givaway. BTW, I am looking for another opportunity to ride up your way again - to do the chowder ride again and I have got to get to the covered bridges ride one of these years... life just keeps getting in the way - maybe with one less daughter in the house it will be possible (though she and the future son-in-law both ride and would probably want to tag along). I've also been looking for opportunities for Chris to get his KLR tires dirty - they are way too clean - you probably know some gravel roads up your way that a DS novice could handle.

Hell ya man. Everyone is welcome at casa W.

With my V-strom, your GS, and Chris' Old Wing, we'll get the dual sport team rollin!! :p

Nah... we'll let him bring his atomic reactor KLR. ;)

Thanks for the well wishes everybody! Leave it to my bro to rat me out. The Alps was looking like a great idea until I was advised that we had a wedding to attend. I love the tire pic Alan, I never saw that one! Go ahead and make fun of the Wing, I know you guys are just jealous of the color. Fred, I'm ready for the DS ride. Lets do it before I can't swing my leg over the bike anymore.

Chris -

Happy Birthday Bro!

It was great to meet you at NERDS in person this year, :yahoo:

(So sorry I brought BustaNut, but we all have issues, yes?)

When are you riding out West?
