It seems to me that when we were headed to NAFO we watched the temps rise from 85 to 97 in increments of 1.

For some reason mine will jump 2 degrees many times and I wondered the same thing --- but finally it did change to odd numbers; one degree at a time.

Also it seems to be pretty accurate -- but I don't know why it jumps 2 degrees many times.

Maybe if you look at it for a couple of min. without taking your eyes off of it while riding through a alternating sunny/shady area, you'll see it change in single degrees . :yahoo:

mine reads single digit gains in the morning between 50 and 56 degrees-where if it's below 54 I wear my jacket liner. Seen it at all points between there the last month alone:)

Just curious, has anyone seen the dash thermometer change any less than two degree increments?

Mine's accurate to the individual number but have been avoiding lately due to what it would tell me. Instead I look at the stares from cagers who think I'm deranged for not riding in a heated vehicle.

Lord, I wish I had the cash for the CalSci Large!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mine changes in 1 degree increments, usually reads 2 degrees warm, and only goes down to +16 degrees, which makes it useless most of the year on my morning commutes
