If you have any type of link, I'd like to see it. I'm not doubting you, but it sounds to me as if the story has been "Americanized" as our country is extremely "sue happy". Spain has a long way to go before they get as low as we are now.

Oh, I see him suing, but I don't see him winning. In the US I would, but not Europe.

something tells me that the plan did not go quite as planned. my bet was that they plannd to disable the bike and expected that he would have slowed down more than he did. Nevertheless, you should commit the crime if your not willing to do the double flip into the pavement. :)
