Only because before i ask i do a search & find out what i need to know. (thats a good thing) I really enjoy reading up on the FJR since i knew they were good bikes & i see there are alot of aftermarket parts to personalize it to your liking. (just like the other bikes i have owned) But if i think of something & don`t find it you know where i`ll be :)

Whatever you do, ask it before Friday!

It had to do with stator output (found it in FAQ) AHHHHH whey by Friday???????????????
Ah, you mean them that the forum makes it hard to ask a question ... because we have documented such a vast pool of FJR knowledge already! Got'cha now.... :D

Incidently, "dog-pile friday" is a tradition that we haven't practiced as much these last few months with the loss of TwoWheelNut, who was the master of DPF if there ever was one. I miss him... miss him badly. :(

Definitely emptier w/o him. Not enough light out there to fill in the shadow he left behind :(

Go to fjriders.com if you want to ask a question and not be raked over the coals for not knowing something that everyone else thinks you should already know. My .02

Uh...that was unnecessary...it seems someone lost the tenor of this thread before responding in a reactionary way.

The opening post was giving a back-handed compliment to the FAQ section because he DIDN'T have to ask....the questions he's had are already answered.

Reading Comprehension 101 coupled with Remedial Knee Jerk Reaction.

And it's not polite to "troll" one website for members to another.

Just one man's opinion based on limited insight and understanding.

Yes you hit that nail right on the head  The first thing i do is write down the question i`m thinking of (so oldtimers don`t set in) & start a search. Most of the time it was already said & done. But if i don`t see it then i`ll ask away. So if you don`t see me post alot , it`s because i already found it.

plus dog pile friday is seen as pretty funny. "it's a joke" for those who haven't figured it out yet, wear their feelings on their sleeves, or live to be offended.
