Hi Smitty, Zacky Billy is a friend of AZ Beemers Club Member Texas T - Brian, we Beemerites are cracking up at this Hondapotamus Lead Wing Barcalounger! Different strokes for different folks is all we can say!

I mentioned this to a couple of folks and said I would post up some details. This is the cockpit of Zacky Billy's Goldwing. He had not anticipated being "outed" so soon but he had ridden to an End Of Year RTE and within a couple of hours this photo was floating around the net. He then started a thread on GL1800Riders.com to show additional photos of the bike and to describe what he has done to it. He owns an oilfield equipment supply company in MS and is a dedicated LD rider. This is obviously not everyone's cup of tea, but I'm in awe of it. His workmanship appears to be very top-notch and well thought out.

There are two threads currently running on the board. The first is the one that ZB started himself and the other is one that someone else started, not seeing the first thread. The first thread has multiple photos and lots of descriptions of what he has done to the bike and why.

And before you ask, yes, that is a FLIR monitor dead center.

Many were at Solomon's Castle yesterday.

Loved all the different bikes. I think I was the only FJR there (?)

There were more Victory cycles there than FJRs. Super T's made a good showing.

That guy has the sickness bad -- some incredible work on the 'wing. Do like the FLIR though, adds a whole new dimension to night riding.
