That is so funny.

Reminds me of a true story of a BMW car in Munich, Germany, testing out the first NAV systems.

Directions advised "Turn Right" in German, so this driver blindly follows the directions (how can German technology be wrong) and car, plus driver, end up down the sub way staircase, so so funny but true!!

 
There've been a few airplanes that have scud run (flown under really low clouds) till the pilot decided to hit the "GOTO" for nearest airport, then found the mountain or powerline that crossed their path. Also known as flying into cumulogranite. Oops.

Ah, the joys of "Min sector altitude" also known in the industry as "CFIT".
