Yeah...I was there. It was NOT at speed...in fact, passing an accident scene with Park Rangers in attendance. Another rider failed to see what was happening in front of him and swerved to avoid rear-ending a car.....except Joe was in that space!

Maybe the offending rider was amazed, awe-struck at and admiring the line of FJRs going the opposite direction he was traveling?

We have a couple of roads in our locale where the same incidents take place. HWY 4, in particular. Others (cars and bikes) are always crossing to the wrong side of the road.

Definitely a place to ride in full awareness and use late entry/line of sight techniques.
