Thought I'd share to hopefully make someone's day -

My friends husband is completely amazing!!!

He called me Saturday to tell me she is working.

I asked him, is it my job to go help her, or to go kidnap her and have some fun.

He said, no - your job is to call her and tell her what a dedicated, hard worker she is. And how much her husband loves and appreciates her and he would have completely lost his business without her.

Gentlemen, I truly applaud this man :clapping: :clapping: :clapping:

Damn, I knew better than to read this thread. Now I feel obligated to do something nice for my special gal.

Cool story Chik!

Or, he was testing the waters to see if you'd say, "really, she's at work, when does she get home?"

Sorry, I'm just a cynic. Been to too many domestic violence calls I guess. But more importantly, I say that cuz you shamed me into having flowers delivered to my wife at work just for the hell of it. You owe me $60 or a drink at NAFO if you come! :)O

Mine's like Ponyfool(must be the job), she would start to wonder WTF is up, and then problems would ensue. Then again, I'd be the same.

Besides, I make dinner for her everyday I'm home and 50% of the lunches we eat, the other 50% is made outside the house. Not to mention 70% of the time UPS is out front, it's something for her, from me. :D

1. Stop making the rest of us look bad.

2. That's just wrong.

Oh man! If I did that it would cause problems!!

First, the wife would call to ask what I did that I need to make up for!

The next 90 minutes would be her trying to figure out why I was being so nice. Bad scene.

Does this original post violate any of the forum rules..... Well man rules....

Or is this a hint for us... Hey! I get it! FJRchick is trying to help us all so we can get a kitchen pass and go riding.
