I'm in the middle of my first tire change. Ugggh.
Got the front done and now I'm ready to balance using the Marc Parns kit. I have Galpher rotors on the babe and there appears to be a rubber gasket or cushion at the hub of the rotor carrier. I don't know if this is stock or not. Either way, the instructions included with the balancer say the rubber MUST be removed before balancing so that the cones fit properly.
If this is right, how do you remove the rubber gasket? I don't want to ruin it... HELP!

Never mind. I'm pretty sure the "gaskets" are the old seals. All is well. OOOPS.
