Tire repair kit

When I was doing my research on the FJR I came across a thread or a link to another site with a home build tire repair kit. The kit had a small clear plastic case on the compressor, which was removed if memory serves me correctly. I cannot seem to find the thread or link. The search function comes up with all kinds of tire repair discussions, but no luck finding what I am after.

Anyone know what I am talking about?
